But why only in February?

After a nice starter to get your appetite going, nothing comes close to a fine piece of meat that’s been caressed by a wood fire!  Try a duck or beef, or a tasty rib steak - in March, in July, in September......!

You need to eat  « light » ?  Try the pasta.  But whatever you do, don’t forget to leave space for  dessert!
